Dear Readers, It's interesting how every year I find just the perfect word  that best describes how to problem solve issues in my life. This year I chose gratitude as my word for the year. I found this perfect quote by Anne Lamott- Gratitude is Peace and I think it's going to be a good one for me. When household chores get on top of me, I will be grateful that I have a home. When the kids are too much to handle, I will be grateful I was blessed with motherhood. When work is so stressful I can't breathe, I will be grateful I am employed. When life seems so tragic and painful, I will be grateful for the God above who will bring justice to the oppressed and the misfortunate on a day when His word will be supreme. Grateful! We spent New Years Eve with family yesterday and then came home to address our ongoing issues on computer storage and internet! So gone are the days of dressing up and making dinner arrangements and trying SO HARD to stay up til midnight! As we sat to delete duplicates and purging saved art videos, Dave turned around and said it's midnight and gave me the sweetest kiss! Could not ask for a better start to the New Year <3  Family! Organisation! And love!  In no particular order. Thank you God- I am truly blessed <3 Wishing you all the good things in life. xxAmiraInOz

Hello my dear readers, I am so excited to bring you this final design team challenge for 2016. I received this adorable design team kit from Aunty Vera and was asked to make a project How cute!!  It wasn't very hard at all!! I made 4 beautiful cards, 3 lovely tags, 2 notebooks and a mini-album too - wait that sounds like the tune of a Christmas carol *lol* Card #1- Best Friends Card #2- Today is so great Card #3- Summertime Card #4- Especially for you And here are my tags with their corresponding memory pockets The 2 notebooks I made used the packaging that the stamp and embossing folder came with And lastly, here is the Memory Pocket Mini Album I created: Please do go and have a look at my entire design team blog here AND if you are more of a visual person, I do have a YT show & tell here I hope you have found inspiration here xxAmiraInOz

Dear All, Went to the 3 in 1 markets in Claremont back in April and realised I never shared pics of my adventures.  So here you go :)  In no particular order :) This is me about to enter the Antique section.  This section is not my most favourite section as it is just table and tables of people selling their household wares. Always good for a look but it's not the one I go for. I love the second market which is the Handmade Business Market. My first stop was to visit a gorgeous stall by ScruffandCockRobin. You can find out more about them here : All her handmade robots are made using 100% recycled parts I had such a hard time making my decision. But I did settle on Gildy :) Silliness in the car as usual xxAmiraInOz
